mga888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the mga888 platform. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, mga888 reserves the right to:

• Confiscate all balances, including deposits, in duplicate accounts;

The mga888 KYC verification process requires submission of a valid Malaysian IC (MyKad), passport, or equivalent government-issued document, together with proof of residential address. Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including username and password. Members must not:

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit mga888's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. mga888's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
